Payments for services are due as outlined in the signed proposal or invoice. Deposits made to begin a project are non-refundable, as they secure your project timeline and initial creative work.

• Provide all necessary content, assets, and feedback within agreed timelines.

• Ensure that all materials provided (images, copy, logos, etc.) are owned or properly licensed for use.

• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.

Delays in communication or asset delivery may impact project deadlines, Amaré Studio will not be responsible for any delays of this nature.

While we take great care in our work, Studio Amaré is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.
